‘Sell house as is’ might be the best approach…

For home owners, there is, increasingly, a tremendous amount of pressure to sell their home, right now. In fact, as values plummet to record lows, home owners are doing just about everything and anything they can to improve the value of their home. DIY is king, and home owners can be seen every weekend at the hardware store, spending money they don’t have to go home and do a ton of work on homes that are at their lowest values in years.
