Not being able to make mortgage payments can take a real heavy toll on the emotional (and sometimes physical well-being) of a home owner.
This is not to say that the sell house quick, or sell house as is strategy is not a good one…
It is, in fact, a good strategy to take if you are a struggling home owner.
